Generally speaking, cold platters or party hero's orders should be placed 2-3 days in advance. Hot orders should be placed 1-2 weeks prior to party date. A La Carte (Individual Trays) orders should be placed 2-3 days in advance.
We can also try and fill your order in case of emergency situations. Next day basis orders are extremely difficult to prepare but rest assured, we will do everything possible to fill your order promptly.
