Have any questions about our Catering Department? 
Here's the basics. 

How far in advance should I place a catering order?
Ideally, orders should be placed a minimum of four to seven days prior to your desired pick-up, but when advanced notice is impossible, we can accommodate last minute orders as well. 

What about holiday orders?
Due to the higher volume during major holidays, please give us additional advanced notice if possible. 

When and how can this order be paid for?
All orders require a minimum of 1/3 deposit upon ordering. The order can be paid in full prior to pick-up, or on your pick-up day. Payments can be cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, or Certified Checks. 

Can my order be delivered to my home?
We will happily deliver orders to our customers if in store pick-up is not ideal. All orders that qualify for delivery are subject to a $20.00 delivery & set up fee. Deliveries further than 5 miles will incur additional delivery charges based on location and distance. Special holiday delivery charges may also apply. 

What if my order needs to be cancelled?
A cancellation of your affair requires 48 hours notice to obtain a full refund. Any cancellations made within less than 48 hours of your affair may result in only a partial refund depending on the costs involved.
